CONTRACTS.

It is our aim to produce a simple contract that leaves no confusion about the work to be done and the method of payment. We can also tailor maintenance contracts to suit your needs.

SITE VISITS

We specialise in designing new and restoring historic summerhouses and garden structures with thatched roofs which blend in naturally and quickly to suit your garden and special requirements.

If you can consider the location and to what use you may want your building, for shade or sun, a special feature to enhance a view, for somewhere to store garden tools, pool or tennis court equipment, it will help in deciding on the type or style of building you are looking for or perhaps you have a design of your own then we can arrange a site visit to discuss the details with you.

We charge a nominal fee of £ 150 for a site visit within 150 miles of home. If one of our set designs from our catalogue is suited to your garden we will ask for a deposit to confirm the order.
We are happy to design for the individual, meeting the styles desired for the particular site. In this case we will indicate the total cost and a design fee will be charged.
